Notes from our list
All iPhone models from XR, XS, and XS Max onwards support eSIM technology. Two eSIMs can be active at the same time from the iPhone 13; earlier models combine one nano-SIM and one eSIM.
โ ๏ธ Important: Mainland China: eSIM only on iPhone Air, 17e, 18 Pro and 18 Pro Max (and iPhone Duo from 23 October 2026). Hong Kong and Macao: eSIM on iPhone 18 Pro, 18 Pro Max, 17, 17 Pro, 17 Pro Max, 17e, Air, 16e, 13 mini, 12 mini, SE (2nd and 3rd generation) and XS; the other models sold there have two nano-SIM slots and no eSIM.
